We are currently developing one of our highly ambitious Technology Park -- "THE GLOBUS" in Greater Noida . Globus is spread over an area of 15 acres & is situated in Knowledge Park 3 near India Expo Mart . It is one of the most developed area in Greater Noida which already houses several Corporates, Colleges, Hospitals & Schools.

This is a 100% Government approved project with all the required papers in place. The construction of the project has started and construction of sixth floor is in full swing

This 15 acre plot is a two sided open plot situated on a six lane metal road.

We also offer 12% assured return scheme to our investors (in case of downpayment). The minimum size for IT/ITes space starts from 500 sq ft. Details of assured return scheme is attached in excel file format.

"The Globus" is being Developed by ARN Infrastructures. One of the promoter of ARN Infrastructures is KMK Fabrics Pvt ltd which is also one of the promoter in AMR Infrastructures Ltd. AMR Infrastructures Ltd has already come up with several projects in NCR. The other Promoter in ARN Infrastructure is Sagar Katha Industries which is one of the biggest manufacturers of Katha and Supari In India.

"The Globus" will consist of:

2) 1,80,000 sq. ft. Commercial center
